Dear Parents,
The Communion season is nearly upon us and the Parents’ Association are looking for volunteers to help host the class receptions in the school hall after each Communion mass.
There will be two shifts on the first two
Sundays (13th & 20th May) as follows:
1. 8.45am – 11.30am
2. 11.30am – 2.15pm
The shift timing for Sunday 27th May is:
1. 8.45am – 11am
2. 11am – 1.15pm
It would be greatly appreciated if you could consider volunteering for one shift on the Sunday that suits you best and contact Barbara McMahon (see below) with your details (full name, contact number, Sunday date/time).
