Marshmallow Teacups

To make these fun tea cups you need:

1 Packet of iced ring biscuits or any iced circular biscuits, if you are feeling fancy you can make your own.

1 packet of polo mints

1 Packet of marsh mallows

50g Chocolate white or milk

Hundreds and thousands.

Method:

1. Melt the chocolate – ( using white chocolate would make the handles look neater)
2. While the chocolate is melting pour the hundreds and thousands into a small bowl and chop the polo mints in half.
3. Dip the narrow end of the marshmallow in the chocolate
4. Dip the marshmallow into the bowl
5. Press the marshmallow gently onto the biscuit.
6. Dip the polo mint into the melted chocolate and press onto the side of the marsh mallow.
7. Leave to set.
