Have you a couple of hours free to get involved with the Knocklyon Community Games?
The activities of the Knocklyon Community Games were limited in 2015 due to a number of committee members standing down after years of involvement and to ensure that the Knocklyon Community Games continues, parents are urgently needed to get involved.
There is a meeting on Monday November 9th at 8pm upstairs in the Knocklyon Community Centre for those interested in keeping the activities going. Some of the activities include Swimming, Athletics, Art, Drama, Gaelic Games, Soccer and Basketball.
If you are a parent in Knocklyon interested in getting involved, please come along to the meeting on November 9th. The members meet on average three times a year so there is not a big time commitment and your involvement will help the Knocklyon Community Games continue and allow the children of Knocklyon to participate in 2016.
